Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

• Not fall under the list of final sale items below.

Final Sale Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt:

• Herbal teas

• Loose herbs and botanicals

• Consumable products

• Essential oils

• Herbal oils

• Tinctures and extracts

• Opened bath and body products

• Opened incense and smudging products

• Custom-made or special-order items

• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will replace the item, exchange it, or issue a refund.

Photos of the damaged product may be requested to help process your claim.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all approved returns.

If a return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error, Wild Witches of Muskoka will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Exchanges

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for another item of equal value or credited toward another purchase, subject to product availability.
