Wild Witches Halloween Party — Ticket Terms

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following.

Your ticket

A ticket admits one person and is a licence to attend the event, not a physical product. Nothing is shipped to you.

Your confirmation email is your ticket. Bring it with you — printed or on your phone.

Ticket prices are as shown at checkout. Early Bird tickets are limited and are offered until they sell out. All prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Age and entry

All ages are welcome at this event.

Alcohol is served. Anyone wishing to drink must present valid photo identification and will be given a wristband. Non-alcoholic options are available, and the drink included with your ticket can be a non-alcoholic one.

Canvas Brewing Co.'s own venue policies apply in addition to these terms, including anything their staff require on the night.

We may refuse entry, or ask anyone to leave, for behaviour that is unsafe, aggressive or abusive, or for intoxication. No refund is given in those circumstances.

Refunds and transfers

Refunds are available up to and including 25 October 2026. After that date tickets are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email us from the address you used to buy the ticket. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually take five to ten business days to appear.

Tickets are transferable at any time. If you can't come, pass your ticket to someone else — you don't need to tell us. They just need your confirmation.

If the event changes or is cancelled

If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

If the date or venue changes, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled event. If the new date doesn't work for you, you may request a full refund.

We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs you incur in connection with the event.

On the night

Doors open at 7:00 PM. The event ends at 12:00 AM.

One drink is included with each ticket. Additional drinks are available to purchase at the bar.

Food is provided by The Farmer's Daughter.

There is a costume contest with prizes for first, second and third place. Judging is at the organisers' discretion and decisions are final.

Photography and filming

We will be taking photographs and video at this event for Wild Witches of Muskoka's own promotional use. By attending, you agree that you may appear in them. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please speak to a member of our team on the night and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Your safety and ours

You attend the event at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Wild Witches of Muskoka is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from your attendance — though nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Ontario law.

Please look after yourself and each other, and tell a member of our team or the venue's staff if something isn't right.
